Translation is a profession and an art, which is why we only partner with accredited professionals. The translations are checked and undergo thorough quality control before delivery.

We strive to keep a strict quality system based on the ISO 17100:2015 Quality Standard for translation services.

 

This results in translations that are faithful to the original. Special attention is paid to each of our customers' particular requirements, respecting style, terminology and naturalness in the target language.

 

If appropriate, computer aided translation tools (CAT) such as SDL Trados and MemoQ can be used.

 

Methodology

 

  1. Receipt of documentation, analysis and assessment of the text.

  2. Word count.

  3. Verification of customer requirements.

  4. Agreement to delivery date and rates, and submission of the quote.

  5. Customer acceptance.

  6. Assignation of the translation to a specialized translator and of proofreading to another translator or an editor to ensure the quality and consistency of terminology for each customer.

  7. Delivery of the translated documents to the customer in the desired format, always on time.

  8. Resolution of any queries the customer may have and satisfaction guarantee.

  9. Updating of customer terminology and document file.

  10. Invoicing.

 

 

Formats:

Provided the texts for translation are editable, the original format will be rigorously preserved. For non-editable texts, translations are delivered in Microsoft Word with a similar layout to the original.
